Auckland’s newest marina is revolutionising how Auckland boaties can enjoy Waiheke Island.

The marina, at Kennedy Point - about 7km from Maitiatia - opened in 2023 and offers a genuinely special experience.

For trailer boats it’s a great way to get over to the island.  You can leave your boat safely parked up while you go ashore and enjoy the island’s beaches, vineyards and fantastic dining opportuniites.

For bigger boats with onboard facilities – think of your boat as your own Waiheke hotel room.

Rental cars are available and berthage is available for trailerboats and jetskis per hour or by the day.

Marina customers can utilise:

• Five-star bathrooms and laundry service
• Pier-side water and power to serviced berths 
• Holding tank pump-out
• Rental cars 

A pick up and drop off berth is available for public use as well. 

Off peak rates apply 1 May – 31 October – making the winter months an even better time to visit this award-winning marina.
