Hiding beneath Tantalus Estate's restaurant discover the Alibi Brewers Lounge.  Slip into the half-light of our discreet post-prohibition speakeasy, reminiscent of a brick-lined European train station from a bygone era.  Peep through the french doors into our state of the art 1200l New Zealand made 'brewhaus'. If the weather allows - follow the light, blink and settle onto the terrace overlooking the vines.  Alibi brewery produces a wide array of styles creating seasonal releases, incorporating flavours, flora and fauna from the Estate grounds - ageing wine barrels, crunchy grapes and freshly harvested honey.
